This is a Star Trek USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D Dedication Plaque made by the good people over at Eaglemoss.

This is an officially licensed scale replica of the dedication plaque that appeared on the bridge of the Galaxy-class U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D during the last three seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation. The plaque, which was designed by scenic artist Mike Okuda, features the names of many members of the production team including the Enterprise-D's designer Andrew Probert. IT also reveals that the ship was built at the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards of Mars and was launched on stardate 40759.5.
