This is the Sorry The Board Game. Produced by the good folks over at Hasbro, it's a classic game that's been in many families game cupboards over the years. 

It's a staple game to have and it's always fun.  
 
Connect 4 is a two player game where the players attempt to drop their pieces into the rows somehow getting four in a row. Simple to play and super fun.
