This is the Funko Dark Crystal Ursol The Chanter Reaction Figure. It's produced by the nice folks over at Funko and stands roughly 3 inches tall and roughly 7 inches in length. 

Jim Henson's Dark Crystal was ground breaking on many levels and is very deserving of the ReAction figures treatment. The Dark Crystal characters look great!
