This is Pixel Tactics 2 - The Card Game. Pixel Tactics 2 is a standalone game, or can be combined with other Pixel Tactics card games. Pixel Tactics 2 is a head-to-head card game that may be small in stature, but it's large on strategy. 

You can rally around a specific leader that will affect your player's capabilities and you can go to straight-up war against an opponent in a fast paced battle. Super cool. 

Pixel Tactics 2 is a throw-back to the golden age of strategy card games and it's super neat to see it revived once again. Very neat and fun!
