Scarface Pop Rides Tony's Convertible Vinyl Figure

This is a Scarface POP Vinyl figure that is produced by Funko. This is a neat set, as it's part of Funko's vehicles POP's lineup. Tony comes with his trusty convertible. Very cool. 

Where to even begin with this? 1983's Scarface is perhaps one of the best underworld crime movies ever made. Scripted by Oliver Stone and directed by Brian De Palma, Scarface is the story of one man's quest for the American dream by any means necessary. Al Pacino plays Tony Montana, and he did an amazing job.

Scarface has stood the test of time in a genre saturated with competition. Scarface was a stylized, and over the top version of an immigrants struggle to go from nothing to something. It was violent and shone a light on a very dark underbelly that exists in America.

Scarface was not initially received very well. Critics were mixed and Scarface caught a lot of heat for violence and graphic drug use. For the time period, 1983, Scarface was quite the radical film. In today's standards, we might not see what all the fuss was about. 

This is a Scarface Funko POP Vinyl figure stands resilient in his 1963 Cadillac convertible. A great collectible.
