This is Fold It The Game made by the good people over at Thinkfun.

This set includes 4 recipe cloths, 3 fold it tokens, 12 star tokens, 42 order cards. A player takes an order card and folds their cloth to match the order. Last player to complete the order and any player who did it incorrectly lose a star. Last player with stars wins!
